How Do I Add More Data to My Phone Plans?

You can add additional data to your monthly plan by logging in to your “My Account” portal and selecting “Data & International Add-ons” from the “Quick Actions” menu or by calling 1-888-321-5880.

Minute and Data Bundles: These plan add-ons correspond to your monthly plan cycle. Consider purchasing these bundles near the beginning of your service month to get the most value from these add-ons. Unused data does not roll over to the next service month.

  • The Monthly Data Peace of Mind Plan offers an additional 5GB of High-Speed Data and Unlimited Data at lower speeds for $1 per month (not currently available in the state of California).

Additional Data: 30-day data add-ons are available for purchase at the following increments. Subscribers have 30 days from the date of purchase to use their additional data.

  • $1 for 100MB for 30 days.
  • $3 for 500 MB for 30 days.
  • $5 for 1GB for 30 days.
  • $10 for 2GB for 30 days.
  • $20 for 4GB for 30 days.
  • $30 for 5GB for 30 days.

 

Purchase Additional Data

You can pay for extra services with a credit, debit, pre-paid debit or Assurance Wireless Top-up card.

Visit a participating retailer to purchase a Top-Up card. You will use your Top-Up card to add services to your account either by phone or online. You can buy Top-Up cards at retailers including:

  • Dollar General
  • Family Dollar
  • Walmart.Com
  • Speedway
  • 7-11
