Is There a Contract for Service?

At Assurance Wireless, we want to make staying connected as simple and hassle-free as possible. That’s why we do not require long-term service contracts for our plans.

No Long-Term Commitments

With Assurance Wireless, you can enjoy our services without the need to sign a long-term contract. Our goal is to offer flexibility so you can focus on staying connected without worrying about being locked into an agreement.

What Does This Mean for You?

  • Freedom to Choose
    You can choose to enjoy free service through Lifeline or you can choose to purchase additional levels of service at low cost.
  • No Hidden Fees
    You won’t encounter early termination fees or unexpected penalties because there’s no contract to break.
  • Cancellation
    If you’re no longer eligible for Lifeline, or if you decide to cancel your service for any reason, just give us a call and we’ll help. Please note that if your service ends before your usage cycle is over, we don’t provide refunds or credits for any unused services. This means we can’t offer refunds if you cancel your service.

Terms and Conditions

While there are no long-term contracts, it’s important to review the terms and eligibility requirements for the Lifeline Assistance Program. The program has specific guidelines for maintaining eligibility, such as:

  • Using your service at least once every 30 days to keep your account active.
  • Meeting income or program-based criteria to maintain your benefits.
