What Should I Do If My SIM Card Is Lost, Stolen or Breaks?
Losing your SIM Card, having it stolen or experiencing a break is frustrating, but don’t worry—we’re here to help. Follow these simple steps to report the issue and get a replacement SIM Card quickly.
Step 1: Report the Problem
Contact Customer Care by calling 1-888-321-5880 from another phone to report your lost, stolen, or damaged SIM Card. Our customer service team will assist you in handling the situation, including securing your account if your phone was stolen.
Step 2: Request a Replacement SIM Card
Once you’ve reported the issue, our team will help you order a replacement SIM Card.
Step 3: Activate Your New SIM Card
When you receive your SIM Card, you’ll need to call our Customer Care team at 1-888-321-5880 from a different phone to activate. They will walk you through the process.
To make the call go faster, please locate your SIM Card number. This is printed on the SIM carrying card (the white card that is about the same size as a credit card). It is often labeled as an "ICC ID".
Your SIM Card number is also printed in very small font on the SIM Card itself.
