What Should I Do If My Phone Is Lost, Stolen or Breaks?
If your phone is lost or stolen, it’s important that you temporarily suspend your account to keep your minutes and data safe.
You can suspend your account by calling our Customer Care team at 1-888-321-5880.
When you suspend your account, service to your current phone will be deactivated. You’ll have 45 days to replace your phone and reactivate your service before permanently losing your Assurance Wireless service, phone number and any balance you have left.
If you find your phone within 45 days, you can easily reactivate your service by calling Customer Care at 1-888-321-5880.
If you need a new phone, we have options for you to purchase a new phone that is compatible with the Assurance Wireless network at https://shopq1.assurancewireless.com/shop/. When you receive your order, call our Customer Care team at 1-888-321-5880 and we will help you activate.
