When Do My Data and Minutes Renew, and What Are My Options if I Run Out Before the Month Ends?

Your data and minutes usage resets the day after your month end date. You can find this date by accessing your account information:

  1. Log into My Account
  2. Your month end date appears in a red box under "Your Plan Details"
  3. Your current data and voice minute usage appears further down the page
  4. Your data and minute usage will reset the day after your month end date listed in the red box

Service Usage

If you use all your Assurance Wireless Lifeline benefits before the end of the month, you won’t lose your service. However, you will either need to add funds to your account to continue using the service and get more minutes for data, or wait until your usage resets.
