What If My Service Has Been Cancelled?
If your service has been cancelled due to inactivity or because you did not respond to a request to provide information during annual certification, then you will need to re-apply for Lifeline service.
If you meet the eligibility requirements, you will be approved for service. You can start your application here: https://www.assurancewireless.com/lifeline-services/check-availability
Once you’re approved, Assurance Wireless will mail you a new SIM card or update your eSIM to reactivate your service.
