How Do I Add More Data, Talk or Text to My Phone Plans?

You can add additional data or talk minutes to your monthly plan by logging in to your “My Account” portal and selecting “Data Minute & International Add-ons” from the “Quick Actions” menu or by calling 1-888-321-5880.

The add-ons are organized into two groups, each of which has several offerings.

Minute and Data Bundles: These plan add-ons correspond to your monthly plan cycle. Consider purchasing these bundles near the beginning of your service month to get the most value from these add-ons. Unused minutes and data do not roll over to the next service month.

• The Monthly Data Peace of Mind Plan offers an additional 2.5GB of High-Speed Data and Unlimited Data at lower speeds for $1 per month (not currently available in the state of California).
• 250 additional Voice Minutes per month for $5 per month.
• Unlimited Minutes and 500MB of additional data for $15 per month.
• Unlimited Minutes and 1GB of additional data for $20 per month.
• Unlimited Minutes and 4GB of additional data for $30 per month.
• Unlimited Minutes and 10GB of additional data for $45 per month.

Additional Data: 30-day data add-ons are available for purchase at the following increments. Subscribers have 30 days from the date of purchase to use their additional data.

• $1 for 100MB for 30 days.
• $3 for 500 MB for 30 days.
• $5 for 1GB for 30 days.
• $10 for 2GB for 30 days.
• $20 for 4GB for 30 days.
• $30 for 5GB for 30 days.

You can pay for extra services with a credit, debit, pre-paid debit or Assurance Wireless Top-up card.

Visit a participating retailer to purchase a Top-Up card. You will use your Top-Up card to add services to your account either by phone or online. You can buy Top-Up cards at retailers including:
