What If My Payment Fails?

If your payment fails, you will lose access to the paid services you have added to your plan. However, you will still get your basic level of service at no cost.

To restore access, you will need to update your payment method and reselect your paid services for your account.

To update your payment information:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Navigate to the billing or payment area
  3. Add a new card and update your payment method, such as a debit or credit card
