What Do I Do if I Forget or Want To Change My PIN?

If you don't remember your Account PIN, there are a few ways to reset it and regain access to your account.

Reset your PIN using your secret answer

• Visit My Account
• Once you enter your phone number and click "Next"
• Click the "Forgot Account PIN?" link located below the Account PIN field
• You will be prompted to answer your security question. We will then send you a text with your account PIN

If you know your account PIN, you can also update it yourself online:

• Visit My Account to log in
• Select "Edit My Contact Information" under the "Quick Actions" menu
• Select the "Account PIN" arrow under "Security Information"
• Enter your "new" PIN
• You'll need to confirm your new PIN and save changes
