How Can I Check My Phone Order Status?

We send most orders via UPS 2-day shipping, so you can expect your order 2 business days after it was placed. You should receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link to the email you used when applying for Assurance Wireless.

Shipping may take longer if:

  • Your order is placed late on a Friday or over the weekend
  • You use a PO box for your shipping address, (with PO boxes, tracking may not be available)

If you do not receive your order more than 10 days after it was placed, please call our Customer Care team at 1-888-321-5880.
